Fire Tube 3 Pass Low Pressure Industrial Natural Gas Steam Boiler for Food Industry
Natural Gas Steam Boiler is a horizontal three-return wet-back structure and is a horizontal internal combustion boiler capable of rapid heating. The fuel is burned in the corrugated furnace, and the radiant heat is transmitted through the furnace wall; the high-temperature flue gas generated by the combustion is concentrated in the reversing chamber and enters the threaded tobacco pipe. After the convective heat transfer, the cooled flue gas enters the cigarette case and passes through the province. The coal mine and the condenser realize the reuse of heat and reduce the content of harmful gases in the flue gas, and finally flow into the chimney and discharge into the atmosphere.
The fuel used in the boiler is natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas, biogas, biogas, diesel, heavy oil, and other fuels.
Advanced and reasonable design
1. Large corrugated furnace design, large combustion chamber capacity, increased radiation heat exchange area, thus improving thermal efficiency.
2. The threaded pipe is designed to enhance heat transfer and heat evenly, which reduces the temperature of the backplate tube, effectively prevents cracking and prolongs the service life of the boiler.
3. The boiler is equipped with a pressure controller, which can realize the protection function of automatic replenishment pressure and overpressure shutdown through the computer control system.
4. Automatic alarm system with multiple functions, such as over-temperature, overpressure, water shortage, leakage, flameout, etc.
5.100% steel plate, steel pipe, welding rod x-ray non-destructive testing (non-destructive testing) to ensure the quality of the entire boiler.
6. Overpressure 40%-50% hydraulic test to ensure standard working pressure and safety.
