Coal Fired Residential Boiler Introduction
DZL(H) series adopts light chain belt grate, with a high degree of automation, equipped with dust removal equipment, less environmental pollution, and has good comprehensive economic and technical indicators, which are highly praised by enterprise users.
The combustion equipment of the DZL series quick-loading chain grate boiler is a chain grate. The main machine is a single-tank longitudinal arrangement.
A single-return threaded tobacco pipe is arranged in the drum. The left and right sides of the furnace are equipped with a water-cooled wall of the light pipe, and some of the rising pipes are pulled toward the hearth to form a furnace top.
The bottom of the drum is hung with refractory bricks.
Accepting the radiation of high-temperature flame, there are two convective flues symmetrically below the sides of the drum, which completely solve the drawbacks of the tearing weld caused by the heat and cold shrinkage of the drum and the header.
Coal-Fired Residential Boiler Performance characteristics
1. Avoiding drum bag defects:
The riser pipes of the two sides of the header are pulled toward the furnace, and the bottom of the drum is introduced below the bottom of the drum and the bottom of the drum covered with the heat insulating material constitutes the heating surface of the furnace top, and the bottom of the drum is successfully solved by the novel furnace structure. Subject to high-temperature flame radiation problems, to avoid "bulk bag" defects.
2. Conducive to fuel combustion:
DZL chain grate coal (biomass) boiler arch shape adopts the latest design, the exit position is designed as inclined structure, and the forward inclination angle corresponds to the backward inclination angle to form an inverted ‘α’ flame, which is beneficial to fuel. The burning, the fuel type is adaptable.
3. Preventing the grate from leaking:
The steam boiler is designed with a push-pull gate ash cleaning device, and the ram is made of heat-resistant cast iron finishing sealing structure, thereby effectively preventing secondary combustion deformation and grate leakage.
4. Avoid tube plate cracks:
The flue of the boiler is designed on both sides of the main body, which not only allows the flue gas to smoothly enter the front smokebox, but also effectively reduces the temperature of the pipe and minimizes the crack of the boiler due to temperature stress.
